摘    要:以生长于土壤中易污染的马蹄莲一年生小块茎为试材,在培养基中添加硫酸庆大霉素、青霉素、硫酸链霉素3种抗生素,浓度梯度为25、50 mg/L和75 mg/L进行初代培养进行组织培养,未添加抗生素作为对照。结果表明:3种抗生素都可以明显降低污染率,而以硫酸链霉素抑菌效果最好。特别是浓度为50 mg/L的链霉素抑菌效果最明显。

Abstract:Some small tubers of annual of Zantedeschia,growing in the soil pollution were cultured in the medium of added Gentamicin,penicillin,streptomycin,which concentration gradient were 25mg/L,50mg/L and 75mg/L,without addition of antibiotics as control.The results showed that Three kinds of antibiotics could significantly reduce the contamination rate,while the inhibitory effect of streptomycin sulfate was the best,especially in 50mg/L treatment.
