铅笔板高温热压改性技术研究

摘    要:为克服高温烤板处理的缺点 ,进行了椴木铅笔板热压干燥基本规律及温度、时间与含水率的关系研究和热压干燥的铅笔板与烤板的吸湿性、脆性对比试验。研究结果表明 :高温热压可使木材进行热分解 ,热压干燥后的铅笔板的吸湿性和脆性能达到烤板的要求 ,并在质量稳定性方面优于烤板 ,更重要的是它解决了烤板对环境的污染问题

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcoming of high temperature baking board, during the study on pencil board improvement,the following expetiments are conducted:1.the basic rule of basswood pencil board press drying and the relation between temperature,time and moisture content;2.the comparison of moisture absorption performance and brittleness between the board treated with baking and that dried with thermal pressing.The results show: pencil board can be thermally decomposed because of high temperature ,the moisture absorption quality and brittleness of pencil boark dried by high temperature pressing can meet the requirements of pencil production,and the board quality is stable.Moreover,thermal pressing solves the problem of environmental pollution created by baking.
