金冠×四倍体嘎拉杂种F_1代的倍性分析

摘    要:【目的】对金冠×四倍体嘎拉杂种F1代的倍性组成进行分析,以便鉴定出三倍体新种质;同时,为今后多倍体育种的亲本选择提供借鉴。【方法】以田间F1代植株茎尖幼嫩叶片为试材,利用流式细胞仪对杂种F1代个体进行了分析。【结果】32株的倍性得到了确认:包括三倍体27株,二倍体4株,单倍体1株,未发现有四倍体植株。三倍体比率高达84.4%,二倍体和单倍体的比率分别为12.5%和3.1%。【结论】金冠×四倍体嘎拉杂交组合是一个优良的创制三倍体新品种/种质的组合,今后可以利用其进行更大规模的杂交育种。

Abstract:【Objective】In this study,the objective is to obtain triploid apple germplasm by analyzing the ploidy of hybrid F1 individuals through Golden Delicious × Tetroploid Gala,and provide reference of parents selection.【Method】Flow Cytometry was used to determine the ploidy of young leaves of F1 individuals in field.【Result】Thirty two individuals were identified,including 4 diploid,27 triploid and 1 haploid individuals,but there were not tetroploid individuals appearing among F1 individuals.The rate of triploid individuals was up to 84.4%,the rate of diploid and haploid was 12.5% and 3.1% respectively.【Conclusion】The combination of'Golden Delicious'×'tetraploid Gala' was a good cross combination for creating triploid cultivars/germplasm,which could be used to breed on a large scale.
