摘    要:采用水培试验研究了缺硼对甘蓝型油菜亲本及其F1代过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,缺硼降低叶片中CAT活性,而增有中CAT活性,缺硼增强叶片和根中POD活性,甘蓝型油菜利用硼高效品种CAT活性明显高于低效品种,F1代CAT和POD活性多介于双亲之间。

Abstract:The effects of boron deficiency on the catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) activities of rape (Brassica napus L.) parents and F 1 generations were studied by solution culture experiment. Boron deficiency decreased CAT activity in the leaves while increased CAT activities in the roots. Boron deficiency increased POD activity both in leaves and in roots. Boron high efficiency cultivar had higher CAT activity than Boron low efficiency cultivar. In most cases,CAT and POD activities of F 1 generations were among the activities of their parents.
