| 摘 要： | 本文研究了不同培养基、播种期和光温处理对温敏核不育系香125S花药培养的影响。结果表明:在M8、N6和改良M8三种诱导愈伤组织培养基中,改良M8培养基的效果最佳,3月下旬播种和温度敏感期短日照低温处理能显著提高香125S花药培养力。

| Abstract: | This paper studied effects of different factors,i.e.,culture mediums,seeding date,photoperiod and temperature,on anther culture ability of thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS) line Xiang 125S.The results showed that the improved M8 medium was the best one for anther culture among M8,N6 and improved M8 medium,seeding at the end decade of March and the treatment of short day and low temperature at thermo-sensitive stage could significantly improve anther culture ability of Xiang 125S. |
