日粮中添加稀土对肥育牛生理生化指标及日增重的影响

摘    要:本试验主要研究了日粮中添加RE(稀土元素)对肥育牛生理生化指标、日增重及消化代谢的影响。选用断奶后育肥牛20头,随机分为两组,每组10头,经15天预试期后,试验组基础日粮添加0.2%RE。结果表明:日粮中添加RE对肥育牛的23项生理生化指标均没有显著影响(P>0.05);但试验组牛的血糖浓度比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),血清总蛋白质显著升高(P<0.05);试验组牛的平均日增重比对照组明显提高,差异极显著(P>0.01)。

Abstract:The effects of rare-earth element < RE ) on the physiologic and biochcniistric constant value, daily gain and digestive metabolism of feeding cattle have beeu studied. Twenty head of feeding cattle were used to carry on the experiment for sixty days, preliminary trial period, is spent for fifteen days. The experimental group was fed0.2%rarc-earth element of con centrated feed inbasic diet.The control group was fed concentrated feed which didn't contain rare-earth element in besic diet There are ten head of feeding cattle in each group. The experiment was carried on under barn feeding condition. The results are showed as ffollows: compared with control group, there were no significant differences in 23 item of physiology and bio-index P> 0.05); The concentrations of blood sugar were significan tly lowered (P 0.05), The concentrations of total protein in serum were significantly increased ( P<0.05), especially the concentrations of albumin increased ( P 0.05 ) ; Average daily gains of feeding cattle with rare-earth element supplementation were increased much faster than that in control group ( P 0.01).
