饲粮蛋白质水平对鹅生产性能及养分代谢率的影响

摘    要:选取2 8日龄、体重相近的合浦灰鹅6 0只,随机分为3组,每组2 0只(1 0公,1 0母),饲粮(精料)粗蛋白质(CP)分别为12.50%(第1组),15.80%(第2组)和17.83%(第3组)。采用精料 青料(黑麦草等)混合方式饲喂,进行两阶段为期42 d的饲养试验。5周龄和9周龄时从饲养试验3个组中各选取4只体重接近的试鹅,测定鹅对饲粮(精料 青料)养分的代谢率。结果表明:(1)生长前期(28~49日龄),第2组日增重较高,但组间差异不显著;饲粮粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、半纤维素和无氮浸出物(NFE)的代谢率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。(2)生长后期(50~70日龄)第1组日增重较高,但组间差异不显著;干物质(DM)、CP、EE的代谢率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05);粗纤维(CF)代谢率显著高于第2组(P<0.05)而与第3组无显著差异。(3)血清尿素氮含量随饲粮CP水平的降低而下降(P<0.05);血清转氨酶活性、脂类和脂蛋白含量等组间无显著差异;(4)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对肉鹅屠宰性能无显著影响。

Abstract:In feeding trial,sixty 28-d-old Hepu geese were randomly divided into 3 groups(20 geese for each) and fed concentrate supplement with 12.50%(group 1),15.80%(group 2)or 17.83% crude protein(group 3),and at the same time green forage(such as ryegrass) supplied respectively.Feeding trial lasted 42 d.In metabolic trials,two periods of trial were conducted with 12 geese from 3 groups(4 geese for each) at age of 5-wk-old and 9-wk-old to determine the metabolizability of nutrients in diet(concentrate supplement green forage).The results showed:(1) In period of 28~49-d-old,geese of group 2 had better daily gain than those of group 1 or group 3,but there were no significant differences among groups(P>0.05);the metabolizability of ether extracts (EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),hemicelluloses and nitrogen-free extract(NFE) in diet containing 15.80% crude protein(CP) significantly increased compared with the diet containing 12.50%(or 17.83% CP(P<0.05).(2) In period of 50~70-d-old,although geese of group 1 had better)daily gain than those of group 2 or group 3,there were no significant differences among groups(P>0.05);the metabolizability of dry matter(DM),CP,EE in diet containing 12.50% CP increased significantly compared with the diet containing 15.80% or 17.83% CP(P<0.05),the metabolizability of crude fiber(CF) increased significantly compared with the diet containing 15.80% CP(P<0.05).(3) Concentration of serum urea-nitrogen decreased with CP decreasing in diets(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the content of serum cholesterol,triglycerides,lowdensity lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein and activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) among groups.(4) Dietary CP level had no significant effect on slaughter performance and carcass quality of Hepu meat-type geese(P>0.05).
