摘    要:为筛选可产生杀虫活性代谢物的海洋真菌,评价其在农林害虫防治中的潜在应用价值,从21株海洋真菌中复筛得到对烟蚜有较高生物活性的菌株mfz19,用点滴法测定该菌株对烟蚜的触杀作用,并对其发酵液用乙酸乙酯萃取蒸馏和大孔吸附树脂分离纯化后进行GC-MS检测.菌株mfz19发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物浓度为500 μL/mL时对烟蚜毒杀作用显著,24h校正死亡率为92.91%,LC50为91.40 μL/mL.杀虫活性提取物为一种混合物,其中1,3-二烯丙基脲的相对含量达到90.40%.研究表明该菌株具有较高的杀蚜活性和开发潜力.
