摘    要:考察了芽孢杆菌B15菌株及其代谢产物对棉花枯萎病菌的抑菌效果及作用方式.结果表明,芽孢哌杆菌B15对棉花枯萎病菌有较强的抑菌作用,抑菌圈达30mm,尤其对病原菌孢子抑制作用较强.无菌发酵滤液对孢子萌发的抑制率为46%,处理孢子悬液6h可使54%的孢子致死.

Abstract:Antagonistic effect and mode of Bacillus 15 and its metabolites on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum were studied.The results showed that B15 and its cell-free filtrate could strongly inhibit spore germentation of FOV,which caused destructive wilt of cotton.The Inhibition rate of cell-free filtrate on spore germentation of FOV was near 46% and the lethal rate of spores was about 54% when concentration of cell-free filtrate in spore suspension was 60%.This work suggested the potential of developing stain B15 for the biocontrol of Fusarium wilt disease of cotton.
