| 摘 要： | 文章采用实证调研的方法，对上海市淀山湖水源保护区渔业劳动力转移的动因进行了研究。研究指出，资源衰退、环境恶化、政策推引、自愿转产是该区域渔业劳动力转移的主要原因；在这些因素中，政策因素是主导因素；为保护水源，下一阶段应当加强研究如何建立满足渔民等各利益相关者激励相容约束的长效管理机制。

| Abstract: | The reasons of fisheries labor transfer in Dian Shan Hu water conservation area in Shanghai were analyzed on the basis of investigation. The results showed that retrogression of fisheries resources, deterioration of environment, policy promotion, and voluntary factors were the main reasons of fisheries labor transfer in Dian Shan Hu water conservation area, policy factor is the dominant contributor among these factors, and in order to protect water in this area, the long run mechanism, which can meet the incentive compatibility constraint of fishermen and other stakeholders, should be studied and established. |
