橡胶树炭疽病菌的RAPD指纹分析

摘    要:利用9条10碱基的随机引物,在分子水平上对来自海南、云南、广东的16株橡胶树炭疽病菌菌株的遗传变异程度进行RAPD指纹分析。结果表明,16株菌株被聚为3个RAPD指纹组;RAPD指纹组与菌株的地理来源有明显的相关性;而将病原菌接种于橡胶树品系PR107,所得到的病情指数与其RAPD指纹聚类组间没有明显的相关性。

Abstract:The degree of genetic variation of16Colletotrichum gloeosporioides isolates from Hevea brasiliensis in Hainan,Yunnan and Guangdong provinces of China was measured at the molecular level by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)with nine arbitrary primers of10bases.The re sults showed that16isolates were clustered into3RAPD groups that were correlated with their geo graphic origin.No obvious correlations were found between the RAPD groups and the disease indexes of Hevea clone PR107inoculated with the Colletotrichum gloeosporioides isolates.
