林业类高校本科人才培养机制的创新与实践

摘    要:对西南林业大学林学类学生进行了抽样调查,分析了本科人才培养方案执行情况、学生学习状态、课程设置、实践教学和学校办学条件、考核方式及职业预期6个方面的影响因素。提出科学定位培养目标,创新人才培养方式,构建新型课程体系,完善实践教学体系,改进教学及考核方法,是提高林科类人才培养质量的重要途径。指出完善学业考核方式,强化学生综合素质培养,加强正确的职业引导,是培养高素质林业创新型人才的必然要求。

Abstract:The students of forestry specialties in southwest forestry university were surveyed by sampling survey method. The implementation of undergraduate cultivation program, students′ learning state, curriculum, practice teaching and school-running conditions, assessment methods and career expectations were analyzed. To improve forestry undergraduate teaching qualities, university must put forward the scientific orientation of cultivation target, innovate the way of cultivating pattern, construct the new curriculum system, improve the practice of teaching, improve teaching methods. And it is necessary to improve the academic evaluation methods, strengthen the cultivation of students′ comprehensive quality, and strengthen the correct career guidance, which is the inevitable requirement for cultivating high-quality innovative talents.
