| 摘 要： | 通过梳理宾川县林下产业发展存在资源总量不足,生态环境脆弱;基础设施滞后,市场化程度低;产业结构不合理,发展模式单一;规划引导不够,科技投入不足等问题。结合宾川县林产业发展的自然资源、市场、资金、技术的分析,提出如下对策:因地制宜、编制规划;完善政策,重点扶持;优化布局,多种经营;强化服务,加强监测。

| Abstract: | By investigation and analysis, we found the development of underforest industry in Binchuan County has problems such as insufficient total resources, fragile ecological environment, lagging in infrastructure, low marketization, unreasonable industrial structure, single development model, insufficient planning and guidance, and insufficient investment in science and technology. In combination with the analysis of natural resources, market, capital and technology of the development of forest industry in Binchuan County, the following countermeasures are proposed: adapting to local conditions, preparing plans, improving policies and key support;optimizing layout, diversifying operations, strengthening services and monitoring. |
