铬对鲤脂质过氧化影响及其对嗜多染红细胞微核的诱变效应

摘    要:在实验室条件下,将鲤鱼饲养于含铬0,0 12,0 67,1 22,3 66,10 97和32 91mg/L水中40d,进行脂质过氧化测试。结果表明:铬处理组(0 12~10 97mg/L)鲤血清中的丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化不明显,且仅10 97mg/L组的SOD活性降低;铬对鲤肝脏SOD活性影响比血清大,且铬处理组(0 67~10 97mg/L)的SOD值较对照组明显下降(P<0 05)。微核试验结果表明:微核出现率随染毒Cr6+浓度的增高而升高,铬处理组(3 66~32 91mg/L)组嗜多染红细胞微核率较对照组均有明显差异(P<0 05)。随着Cr6+浓度的升高,铬在鱼体残留量显著增加。

Abstract: The Cyprinus carpio were bred at concentrations of Cr~(6+) from 0,0.1 0.67,1.22,3.66,10.97 and 32.91 mg/L for 40 days. The results showed that the lipid peroxidation of their blood serum (MDA) significantly increased at the concentration from 0.12 to 10.97 mg/L, while the change of SOD activity was not significant, and only the SOD activity of Cr~(6+) 10.97 mg/L group decreased. The SOD activity of Cyprinus carpio liver induced by chromium was significantly higher than that of carp serum.When Cyprinus carpio were bred at the concentration ranging from 0.67 to 10.97 mg/L, their SOD activity decreased (P<0.05). The polychromatocyte micronuclei frequencies increased with the increase of the concentration of Cr~(6+),while at the concentration from 3.66 to 32.91 mg/L , the micronuclei frequencies were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The residues of Cr in the Cyprinus carpio increased with the increase of the concentration of Cr~(6+).
