东北三省大豆花叶病毒(SMV)株系的种类与分布

摘    要: 本文报道了大豆花叶病毒株系鉴定和划分的方法以及东北3省各株系的分布比例,为大豆抗花叶病毒育种工作提供了基础。采用当前生产上有相当面积的栽培品种作为株系鉴别品种,将毒株分为3个株系群。1号株系群能使感病品种合丰23、九农9和吉林18发病产生系统症状;2号株系群除对上述品种外,还能使中抗品种齐黄1号和铁丰18也发病;3号株系群则对7个鉴别品种包括高抗品种诱变30及科系8号均能发病。

Abstract:Strains of soybean mosaic virus based on virulence of soybean cultivars are classified into 3 groups of strains.Group 1 infected only susceptible cultivars as Hefeng 23,Jiunong 9,Jiling 18 and caused systemic symptoms,but did not infect any of resistant cultivars.Group 2beside susceptible cultivars mentioned above infected relatively resistant cultivars such as Qihuang 1 and Tiefeng 18,but did not infect high resistant cultivars.Group 3 is the most virulent one and may infect all of differential hosts,including high resistant cultivars as Youbian 30 and Kexi 8.
