33份烟草品种(系)抗TMV病鉴定与评价分析

摘    要:以33份烟草品种(系)为试材,烟叶苗期进行人工诱导接种TMV试验。以病情指数(D)和抗性指数(RI)为基础采用聚类法划分不同烟草品种的抗性分类,并对其进行鉴定与评价。结果表明:33份烟草品种(系)共可分为免疫和非免疫两大类群;病情指数和抗性指数在两大类群间均存在极显著差异(P0.01),在非免疫类群的3个亚类群间存在显著差异(P0.05)。免疫类群包括延晒九号、延晒六号、延晒十号和SZ12-04等15份烟草品种(系),占参试材料总数的45.45%。非免疫类群包含中抗、中感和感病3个亚类群,占参试材料总数的54.55%。其中,中抗亚类群包含延晒三号、延晒七号和SZ12-07等9份材料(占27.28%);中感亚类群包含延晒一号、延晒二号和NC89等8份材料(占24.24%);感病亚类群仅包含1个品种G140(占3.03%)。基于病情指数(D)和抗性指数(RI)数据,采用欧氏距离-Ward's聚类分析法划分的类群及亚类群中所包含的品种(系)及其数量都相同,抗病性分类结果也一致。

Identification and Evaluation of Resistance of 33 Tobacco Varieties (lines) to TMV Disease
Abstract:In this study,with 33 tobacco varieties (lines) as materials,identification and evaluation of tobacco resistances to TMV were conducted by artificial inoculation.Resistance-susceptibility for each tobacco variety was classified by cluster analysis based on disease index (D) and resistance index (RI) data.The results showed that the 33 tobacco varieties (lines) could be divided into two groups with immunity or non-immunity against TMV,and disease index (D) and resistance index (RI) between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.01),and significantly different (P< 0.05) among the three sub-groups with non-immunity.The immune group included 15 tobacco varieties (lines) of Yanshai No.9,Yanshai No.6 and SZ12-04,accounting for 45.45% of the total varieties.The non-immune group was divided into 3 sub-groups with mid-resistance,mid-susceptibility and susceptibility,accounting for 54.55% of the total varieties;among them,the mid-resistant subgroup included 9 varieties (27.28%) of Yanshai No.3,Yanshai No.7 and SZ12-07,whereas the mid-susceptible sub-group included 8 varieties (24.24%) of Yanshai No.1,Yanshai No.2 and NC89.Among the tobacco varieties (lines) evaluated,only 1 variety (3.03%),G140,was susceptible to TMV.Based on disease index (D) and resistance index (RI) data,the cluster analysis revealed by Euclidean distance-Ward's method resulted in the same classifications with equal quantity of varieties in each of the groups and each of thre sub-groups.
