| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the present situation and its existing problems of returning farmland into forestry(grassland)in Kelan County in recent years,in order to propose some effective countermeasures,such as market operation for major breakthroughs,mobilization of masses for provision and management,combination of feeding sheep in sheepfolds with herding them at intervals,insistence on emigration for fire precaution and forest protection,and improvement of technology and perfection of policy. |
