摘    要:我国耕地资源的管护正处在由产量安全向能力安全转换的初级阶段,耕地生产能力的监测评价有待于进一步研究完善。以农用地质量动态监测寻甸县试点为例,通过构建农用地分等单元标准粮实际单产与经济等指数的函数关系、标准粮可实现单产与利用等指数的函数关系、标准粮理论单产与自然等指数的函数关系,得到各乡镇监测样点的实际单产、可实现单产、理论单产,并对各乡镇的监测样点进行系统评价,得出监测样点代表的寻甸县耕地产能状况,能够为农用地质量动态监测体系的建设提供一定参考。

Research on Cultivated Land Throughput Evaluation Based on Agricultural Land Classification in Xundian County

Abstract:It is on the initial stage coverting production safety to ability security of management and protecting of China′s cultivated land resource.It need further research that the monitoring and evaluation of the cultivated land′s productive capacity.The paper took a case to study the agricultural land quality dynamic monitoring system in Xundian County.Some function relations were established between realistic yield of standard crop and economy index,and between feasible yield of standard crop and utilization index,and between theoretic yield of standard crop and natural quality of farmland graduation.Actural yield,feasible yield and theoretic yield were verified in all monitoring points.This paper made overall evaluation of monitoring samples,and obtained the productive capacity status of cultivated land in Xundian County.This research could provide references for construction of dynamic monitoring system of agricultural land quality.
