| 摘 要： | 应用数理统计方法，结合动物医学试验设计中关于动物数目的确定进行讨论，分别得出一个总体和两个总体对总体率、总体均值等指标研究时必需的参试动物数目的估计公式。其方法和结果对从事动物医学研究的专业人员有着重要的参考价值和指导意义。

| Abstract: | Together with an experimental design in animal medical research and the method of mathematical statistics,how to confirm the number of experimented animals has been discussed.After the research in one population and two related with some markers,such as population mean,population rate and so on,is carried out,this article makes out an estimate formula,which is essential for the number of experimented animals.This method and outcome are of very importance for some experts who take on animal medical research. |
