| 摘 要： | 知识产权就是核心竞争力。加强知识产权管理,促进科技成果转化,才能进一步推动科技创新,使科研、科技产业走上良性循环轨道。自2001年起,江苏省农科院开始了以知识产权为纽带的科技体制改革,在知识产权管理方面进行了探索。文章对取得的经验进行了总结,并对存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改进和完善的工作设想。

| Abstract: | Intellectual Property means core competition. Enhancement on the management of intellectual property and activating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are helpful for scientific innovation and achieving good circulation for scientific research and industrialization. Since 2001, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Science established system reform in science and technology by a way of intellectual property and did some trial on management of intellectual property. Experiences were summarized and related problems analyzed in the paper. Ideas for improving work in the future were put forward also. |
