大功率拖拉机中的行星齿轮有限元分析

摘    要:行星齿轮具有结构紧凑、承载能力大等优点而被广泛应用于重型机械的传动系统中.以大型拖拉机中2K-H型行星齿轮为例,在Pro/E中建立三维几何模型,通过无缝连接接口导入ANSYS中,采用二次六面单元,使用扫掠网格划分法,并对齿根和齿顶进行精细的网格划分,得到质量较高的有限元模型.有限元分析结果显示,重载机械的齿面塑性变形是主要的失效形式,验证了此种网格划分方法能够更清晰地显示齿轮的形变,提高有限元分析的计算精度.

Abstract:Planet gears are widely applied in the transmission system of heavy machinery for their particular performances,such as compact structure,large load capacity.Take 2K-H planet gear for example,the three-dimensional geometry model is founded in Pro/E,and then introduced into ANSYS through seamless interface.The gears are partitioned into meshes through sweeping using quadric-six side units,and also fine mesh partition is especially used in dedendums and addendums.A high-quality finite element model is built.A...
