| 摘 要： | 分析了我国住房抵押贷款的市场现状,通过中外比较得出了我国住房抵押贷款市场的潜在容量应十分巨大的结论;介绍了不同国家抵押贷款保险及我国的做法,结合上述两者提出了改善市场条件的做法。

| Abstract: | The expansion of housing mortgage loan results in increasing financial rlsk,therefore housing mortgage loan insurance plays a more and more important role. Firstly,the status quo of domestic market was analyzed and the comparison between foreign and domestic market indicated that domestic housing mortgage loan insurance market should possess a highly potential future. Then,the distinctive practices of 6 different countries and domestic practice were introduced. Finally, based on above procedures, the author proposed some solutions to improve the market. |
