变频调速自动控制系统在锅炉控制中的应用

摘    要:变频调速自动控制系统由锅炉出水温度控制系统、总送风量调节系统和炉膛出口负压控制系统组成。根据实际负荷变化,调节给煤量,使锅炉出水温度与给定值相等;调节送风量,保证炉膛烟气O2为给定的最佳值;调节锅炉排烟量,将炉膛出口负压控制在给定值。与手动控制系统相比,燃煤利用率和节电率被大幅度提高,锅炉处于经济燃烧状态。

Abstract:The automatic control system based on frequency control technique is composed of the boiler extracting water temperature system, blast volume system, and hearth negative pressure system. According to the variation of load, the boiler extracting water temperature is adjusted with coal volume, the hearth 05 is adjusted with blast volume, and the negative pressure of hearth exit is adjusted with smoke volume. Compared with manual control system, coal utilization ratio and power saving ratio are highly improved, and boilers work in an economical combustion.
