钱塘江杭州段经济发展与水环境污染关系研究

摘    要:以环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)为理论基础,选取钱塘江(杭州段)2011~2018年典型的经济指标和水环境污染排放指标,构建了钱塘江(杭州段)经济发展与水环境污染相关性计量模型,模拟了钱塘江(杭州段)经济发展与水环境保护之间的相关关系。研究结果表明,钱塘江(杭州段)重点工业废水排放量、重点工业废水排放量中COD排放量和重点工业废水排放量中氨氮排放量与人均GDP之间的拟合曲线都呈现直线型负相关关系。说明钱塘江(杭州段)环境保护工作取得了一定成效,但仍有改善空间,其水环境保护工作仍然任重而道远。

Abstract:Based on the theory of environmental Kuznets curve,the relevant data of Qiantang river basin of water environmental quality and economic growth in 2011~2018 were systematically selected to study the relationship between the total volume discharged of waste water,COD and ammonia nitrogen with per capital GDP.The pollution correlation measurement model simulates the correlation between the economic development of the Qiantang River(Hangzhou section)and water environmental protection.The results showed that the total volume discharged of waste water and COD and the total volume discharged of ammonia nitrogen with per ca-pita GDP show a linear negative correlation.It shows that the environmental protection of Qiantang River(Hangzhou section)has achieved some results,but there is still room for further improvement.The work of water environment protection still has a long way to go.
