烯啶虫胺灌根对黄瓜安全性的研究

摘    要:为了探讨烯啶虫胺灌根法给药对黄瓜的安全性,在室内和大棚中对药后黄瓜的出苗率、苗期叶片、根、茎等生长情况进行研究。结果表明:当剂量为0.05、0.07 g·株-1时,烯啶虫胺灌根法对黄瓜的出苗、株高、茎秆增粗有一定的促进作用,但这种影响随施用时间的推迟而逐渐减弱,直至消失。0.05 g·株-1剂量对黄瓜叶片和根的生长无明显影响,但较高剂量对叶片和根的生长有一定的抑制作用。因此,在正常的使用剂量下,烯啶虫胺灌根处理对于黄瓜生长是安全的。

Abstract:To study the effects of root-drenching with nitenpyram on the growth and development of cucumber, cucum-ber plants were grown under both room and greenhouse conditions. The growth and developmental parameters of cucum-ber plants, including emergence rate, the growth of leaves and stalks, were studied at the seedling stage. The resultsshowed that root-drenching with nitenpyram at the dosage of 0.05 and 0.07 g · plant 1 promoted the growth of cucumberemergence, plant height, and stem thickening. But this promoting effect declined gradually and even disappeared with thedelay of nitenpyram application. The application of nitenpyram at the level of 0.05 g · plant 1 did not produce significanteffects on the growth of leaves and roots of cucumber plants. The application of nitenpyram at higher dosage producedsome inhibition on the growth of leaves and roots. The results indicated that using nitenpyram at normal dosage by root-drenching was safe to cucumber.
