| 摘 要： | 以主栽高产品种"徐薯23"和3种观赏甘薯品种为试材,研究了主栽高产品种与观赏品种之间的嫁接对块根产量、地上部生长及叶片光合特性的影响效应,结果表明:嫁接对块根产量、茎叶产量、叶面积、地上部不同器官间干物质分配比率、光合参数、总叶绿素含量等指标均有较大影响,但对Chl.a/b影响很小。低光合能力的砧木对接穗光合能力的限制作用较强,高光合能力的砧木对接穗光合能力的促进作用较弱。观赏品种的接穗极大程度地降低了"徐薯23"砧木的块根产量,而光合能力最强的"徐薯23"接穗对不同品种砧木的块根产量的影响并不一致,其中"徐薯23"/"金叶甘薯"比"金叶甘薯"增产80.36%,可以作为"金叶甘薯"留种的一条途径。
