微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定菠菜中铜含量的研究

摘    要:应用微波消解对菠菜湿样中铜元素进行了微波消解研究,并采用原子吸收法测定其含量。结果显示,消解液体积为10mL,溶剂比(硝酸∶双氧水)(V∶V)为4∶1,消解时间为8m in,消解压力为2.4Mpa,功率为1000 W时消解效果最好,在最佳微波消解条件下,进行了精密度实验和回收率实验。结果表明,所得铜的回收率在98.2%~101.80%,精密度的RSD为0.49%;微波消解法测定菠菜中铜含量,具有快速、简便等特点,测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:To investigate the conditions of microwave digestion for determining Copper in spinach by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The samples were microwavely digested under different conditions. The optimum parameters for microwave digestion were that, the volume of digestion solution was 10mL, the reagent proportion for HNO3 and H202 was 4: 1, the digestion time was 8rain, the digestion pressure was 2.4Mpa and the digestion powder was 1000 W. The recovery were 98.2% 101.8% an RSD of percision was 0. 49%. The content of Copper in assayed spinach was 10. 5μg/g. Microwave digestion was a time - saving and practical pretreatment of samples determining.
