| 摘 要： | 科技人员服务企业行动是科技人员积极响应党中央号召,是为了帮助企业技术研发和解决企业实际遇到的经营管理问题,加快科技成果转化,改善企业技术创新,构建科企合作的有效模式和长效机制。该文阐述了建立农业科技人员服务企业行动激励保障政策的目的与意义、农业科技人员服务企业行动的激励原则;探讨了农业科技人员以3种不同形式服务企业行动的激励保障措施。

| Abstract: | The objectives of Action for Scientific and Technical Staff Serving Enterprises was to help enterprises to develop technology and solve the problems in the management, then speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and improve their technological innovation, and construct the effective cooperation modes and long-term mechanism between enterprises and research institutes. In this paper, the aim and meaning of establis- hing the policies on encouraging and supporting the action for scientific and technical staff serving enterprises were discussed, and three kinds of different incentive policies for scientific and technical staff serving enterprises were in- vestigated. |
