| 摘 要： | 公司+农户合作模式是农业产业化经营中一种重要的组织模式.在公司与农户的合作中,合同履约率低和履约成本高已成为公司与农户之间合作的两大主要困境.从公司+农户合作模式产生的背景出发,借助博弈模型对公司与农户之间合作的两大困境进行了分析,对如何促进公司与农户之间的良性合作进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | The company +farmer household cooperative mode is an important organizational pattern in agricultural industrialization. The lower contract agreement rate and high agreement cost are two major predicaments in cooperation between companies and farmer households. The paper analyzes two major predicaments in cooperation between companies and farmer households by using the game model based on the background of company + farmer household cooperative mode, and proposes the suggestion to promote the virtuous cooperation between companies and farmer households. |
