摘    要:介绍一种基于MDT的犁壁曲面双样板曲线近似展开法,在MDT平台上直接用直线投影法求样板曲线,并直接将正视图投影到三维犁曲面上求各元线实长,减少了计算工作量,具有快捷方便的优点,该方法已用于双翼翻土防漏耕犁的设计,效果良好。

Abstract:In this paper a method for expanding a moldboard surface is introduced. This method is based on MDT. Two procedures have been used in the method: (a) the method of straight lines projected on three dimension model of plow bottom is applied directly on MDT platform to get template curves; (b) the method of front view projected on three dimension model of plow bottom is applied directly to get realistic length of element lines.The method has the advantages of a convenient operation and reduction in time of calculation. A satisfied result can be achieved by using this method on the design of the two wing turning anti missplowing bottom.
