| 摘 要： | 炒青绿茶机械的优良性能是炒青绿茶质量的根本保证。为此,在分析炒青绿茶机械现状及存在技术问题的基础上,阐述了提高炒青绿茶加工机械竞争力的根本出路在于用数控技术改造现有茶叶加工机械和研制新型茶叶加工机械,并探讨了新型茶叶单机的技术解决方案。 |

| Abstract: | The quality of roasted green tea lies on high performances of roasted green tea processing machinery. After analyzing their present status and problems, the paper concludes that the fundamental solution to roasted green tea processing is to apply numerical control technology and develop new style single machine for tea processing. The solutions to this kind of machine are also discussed. |
