| 摘 要： | 通过调查分析欠发达地区市民的信息意识、信息能力和信息道德的现状,指出高校图书馆对信息素养教育独特优势,并从转变服务理念、教育内容侧重点、多元服务模式、教育机制和教育实践5个方面探讨了信息素养教育服务。

| Abstract: | According to the investigation on the citizens’ information consciousness,ability and morals in less developed regions,this article analyses the advantages of information accomplishment education services from college libraries,and discusses it from 5 aspects of changing service ideas,education emphasis,multi-service models,pedagogic device and education practice. |
