| 摘 要： | 在对泉州市农村集体土地流转调研的基础上，分析了农村集体土地流转的现状，并指出土地流转实践中存在的主要问题，最后针对农村集体土地流转的问题提出解决对策和建议，为泉州市全面开展农村集体土地流转工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the relevant statistical information,the gray prediction model to forecast the trend of Land Use Change in Guiyang was used and predication results were analyzed qualitatively.The results showed that the trends of Land Use Change in the future is decreasing agricultural land and unused land,increasing construction land. |
