摘    要:采用等离子直读光谱仪,分析测定出山楂果实中21种无机元素,其中人体必需元素8种,有抗心血管疾病和癌症的元素6种。山楂果实富含微量元素Fe,可以认为它是山楂属化学分类的特征性成分之一。种与栽培品种及各栽培品种之间的无机元素种类和含量存在一定差异,这对山楂品种资源的鉴定很有意义。

Abstract:We determined out 21 inorganic elements in hawthorn fpuits by plasma spectrum. 8 of them are necessary elements in humanbody, including 6 elements with the effects of anti-ardiacangionosis and anti-cancer. Hawthorn fruits richly, contains trace element, Fe. So it can be consideredas one of the characteristic constituents in the chemical classification of Crataegus. There is a certain difference in the sorts and contents of the elements, which is significant to the determination of the resource of varieties.
