摘    要:构建人工湿地生态系统,可将其分为3个阶段,其中,第一和第三阶段以硝化反应和有机氮生物合成为主,第二阶段以反硝化为主;以质量平衡理论为基础,建立了人工湿地生态系统中各形态氮化合物迁移转化模型,并利用各形态氮实测值计算得到氮循环质量平衡图。结果表明:在人工湿地生态系统的水体-基质-植物多介质中,不同形态氮之间发生迁移转化,水体和基质中氨态氮和硝态氮均有所减少,植物吸收合成部分有机氮,系统最终出水脱氮效率为85%。

Abstract:Through construct the artificial wetland ecosystem,we partitioned the system into three parts.Nitrification and biosynthesis of organic nitrogen were intense in the first and third part,and identification gave priority to in the second part,which was the main process for nitrogen removal.On the basis of mass balance theory,we built the model for all kinds of nitrogen transferring and transformation in the constructed wetland ecosystem,used the monitoring data to estimate the nitrogen mass balance equation.The results showe that different nitrogen would transfer and transform in the multi medium of water-substance-plant,ammonia and nitrate nitrogen both decreased in the water and substance,and plant absorbed and synthesized organic nitrogen.For the integrity of the ecosystem,the removal of nitrogen in the water was 85 percent.
