摘    要:针对压力容器出厂验收时的水压试验参数与安装至站场后的水压试验参照标准不同,试验压力不同,造成法兰密封垫片及焊缝渗漏等问题,对站场用压力容器的许用应力取值提出了三种解决方案,通过对压力容器及长输管道用钢管常用材料在水压试验时的应力状况进行对比分析,探讨了压力容器在站场使用中的解决方案.

Abstract:This article presents three solutions in the parameters determination of allowed stress of pressure vessel involved in the stations or tank farms of long distance pipeline. Due to the difference in hydrostatic test parameters of pressure vessel desighed by factory and that of field installation, the leakage occurs at the flange gasket and weld beam. Therefore, the comparison and analysis are carried out on the stress of pressure vessel and common pipe steel produced in hydrostatic test so as to find out a solution for the application of pressure vessel.
