摘    要:为了解外生菌根真菌对氮素的需求特性,采用含不同氮源的液体培养基培养外生菌根真菌,研究氮源对其生长和氮磷钾含量的影响。结果表明:不同菌种(株)对氮源的需求有所差异,Pt715较喜好NO-3-N,CgSIV和Bo014则适合生长在NH4+-N环境中;外生菌根真菌的氮磷钾含量因氮源不同而差异显著,供试菌株菌丝氮、磷含量在Org-N中较高(CgSIV的磷含量在NH4+-N中最大);除Bo014外,Pt715和CgSIV的钾含量均在NO-3-N中较高。
