摘    要:本文采用RAPD分子标记技术对柞蚕品种选大1号和沈黄1号及其F1、F2代、回交F1代共13个群体的基因组DNA进行了分析,探讨了柞蚕品种的分子遗传机制。运用8个RAPD引物进行扩增,共扩增出74条清晰稳定的条带,其中有65条具有多态性,多态性位点比率为87.84%,其中也出现了特异性扩增位点。

Abstract:RAPD (random amplified polymorphie DNA) molecular marker technique was applied to analyze the genomic DNA from 13 colonies of Antheraea pernyi including Shenghuangl, Xuandal and their reciprocal hybrids F1,F2 and backeresscs F1. The molecular genetic mechanism in Antheraea pernyi was discussed in this paper. 8 RAPD primers were used to amplify the genomic DNA and 74 distinguishable bands were produced and there were 65 bands which showed polymorphism. The percentage of polymorphism was 87.84%, and specific bands were also obtained among 13 colonies.
