微波辅助法提取褐蘑菇多糖的研究

摘    要:在水提醇沉法的基础上,利用微波提取技术,对褐蘑菇多糖提取的工艺进行优化,筛选出一套最佳提取工艺路线。比较研究了微波功率、微波处理时间、料液比、浸提时间等工艺条件对提取褐蘑菇多糖的影响。结果表明,利用微波辅助法提取褐蘑菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率640W,微波处理时间45s,料液比1:40,浸提时间2.5h,最终多糖占有率可达到98%。
