| 摘 要： | 为了明确紫叶性状导入不育系后对配组一代主要经济性状的影响，对新育成的籼稻温（光）敏核不育系苏紫Ｓ－１和苏紫Ｓ－２作配合力分析。结果表明：两个紫叶不育系主要经济性状的配合力多优于对照不育系。配制的杂种组合表现早熟、矮秆和丰产的性能；在产量因素方面表现穗数较多、单穗实粒数较多和千粒重高的特点；单株产量的一般配合力效应突出，其中苏紫Ｓ－２还具有较好的特殊配合力。

Study on the Combining Ability of Two Thermo photoperiod Sensitive Genic Male Sterile Lines(O.Sativa Indica)with Purple leaf Marker Character |

| Abstract: | Two thermo photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile lines,Suzi S 1 and Suzi S 2,were bred.Both of them possessed purple leaf marker character but the hybrids from them crossed with green rice were green.To understand the influences of purple leaf character on F1major economic characters,the levels of combining ability of two male sterile lines were identified.The results indicated that the lines' levels of combining ability were better than of Zhenshan 97A,Longtefu A,Peiai 64S and Miai 64S in many characters of F1crosses,such as early maturing,short stalk and nigh yield.The hybrids mated with Suzi S 1 and Suzi S 2 usually showed more panicle number per plant,more filled grain number per panicle and higher 1 000 grain weight.The GCA effects of them were outstanding on grain yield per plant.The SCA of Suzi S 2 was good,too. |
