摘    要:目的]探究蕨类植物铁皇冠有性世代发育过程。方法]采用微室培养方法,用50mg/L赤霉素处理铁皇冠孢子促进其萌发,通过光学显微镜观察铁皇冠孢子萌发情况。结果]结果表明,铁皇冠孢子培养60d后,孢子体的根、茎和叶肉眼可见,即已形成完整孢子体,铁皇冠能完成有性生殖发育。结论]该研究结果为铁皇冠分类地位的确定和蕨类植物的有性世代研究提供重要依据。
