摘    要:目的]探讨花椰菜芥子碱的提取工艺。方法]采用单因素试验和L8(27)正交试验设计,考察了提取时间、物料比、提取次数、乙醇浓度、花椰菜粉是否脱脂(脱脂采用索氏提取器,以石油醚为溶剂)、提取温度、提取后是否浓缩共7个因素对提取率的影响。结果]得出花椰菜芥子碱的最佳热醇提取工艺条件为:花椰菜粉不脱脂,提取时间4.5 h,物料比1∶35,提取次数3次,提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度80%,提取后不浓缩。结论]结果表明,花椰菜粉在提取前是否脱脂对芥子碱的得率影响最大。

Research on the Optimization of the Heat Extract Process Technique of the Sinapine from Cauliflower
Abstract:Objective] The extraction technology of the sinapine in cauliflower was studied.Method] The total of seven factors such as the extraction time,the ration of materials,the number of extraction,the alcohol concentration,the degrease situation of cauliflower powder(with Soxhlet extractor and the petroleum ether as solvent),the extraction temperature and the concentrated situation after extraction were experimented with single-factor test and L8(27) orthogonal experimental design.Result] The best condition of process technique was as follows: non-degrease cauliflower powder,extraction time of 4.5 h,the ration of materials of 1∶35,three times of extraction,the extraction temperature of 70 ℃,the alcohol concentration of 80 percent,un-concentrated after the extraction.Conclusion] The results showed that the degrease situation of cauliflower powder before extraction was the greatest impacting factor in the technology.
