摘    要:泵转速会对泵性能产生影响,而泵的工作点却受泵特性和管路特性的共同影响,通过在开式和闭式试验管路中改变泵转速来分析其对泵性能的影响,并结合50-160型泵的试验数据和计算结果,着重分析了对功率的影响。变速泵在开式和闭式管路中的节能效果不同,引起这种差别的原因是开式系统受水的静压作用改变了泵的效率。分析了开式管路系统中变速泵的节能效果并给出了计算实例,以50-160型泵的计算结果来看,闭式系统的泵功率为开式系统的76.47%。

Abstract:The rotating speed has an influence on the pump performance. The operating point of centrifugal pump is affected by the characteristics of both pumps pipelines. By changing the rotating speed of pump in both open and closed pipelines, together with experimental data and calculated results for 50 - 160 type pumps, the effects of power are studied in detail. The effects of energy saving of variable speed pumps in the closed circuit are different from those in the open pipeline system. The reason is that there is a static head in the open system causing the pump efficiency varying. The energy saving effects of variable speed pumps in open systems are discussed and calculation examples are provided. According to the calculated result of 50 - 160 type pumps, the pump power in closed system is 76.47% of that in open system.
