摘    要:目的]基于近红外光谱技术,研究保水剂吸水倍率的快速测定新方法。方法]通过近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法,对9种聚丙烯酰胺型保水剂的吸水倍率进行研究.结果]保水剂样品光谱数据采用一阶导数法预处理后,应用PLS法建模预测效果最佳。真值与预测值的决定系数达99.55%,模型预测准确率都在96%以上,可应用于生产实践。结论]应用近红外光谱技术结合PLS法可以准确预测出保水剂的吸水倍率,是一种快速、无损、环保的新方法。

A New Method for Rapid Determination of Water Absorbency of the SAP Based on Near Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to study a new method for rapid determination of water absorbency of the SAP based on near infra- red spectroscopy. Method] By combining near infrared spectroscopy with partial least squares (PLS), water absorbencies of the nine kinds of polyacrylamide-type SAPs were studied. Result ] After the pretreatment of spectral data of the SAP sample by using first-order derivative method, the prediction effect of modeling by PLS was the best. Determination coefficient between true and predicted values reached 99.55% , and accurate rate of the model prediction was over 96% , which could be applied to the production practice. Conclusion] By combining near infrared spectroscopy with PLS, water absorbency of the SAP could be predicted accurately. It was a kind of rapid, lossless and environmental new method.
