摘    要:以中国樱桃(Prunus psedoerasus)品种大叶青、早樱桃、笨甜樱桃、大蜗娄、笨酸樱桃为材料,对樱桃花冠直径、花瓣长度和宽度、雄蕊数量、单果重、果柄长度、纵横径、果形指数等形态学性状进行调查,并测定5个不同中国樱桃品种中Vc含量、可滴定酸、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物等内含物的含量,比较不同品种果实品质.结果表明,中国樱桃不同品种之间,花冠直径、单果重、果柄长度等多种形态学性状以及果实内含物各项指标存在较大差异.这5个不同品种中,果形指数、果柄长度、可溶性固形物、Vc含量等存在显著的品种间差异和品种内变异性.

Abstract:Chinese cherries(Prunus psedoerasus),Dayeqing,Dawolou,late sweet cherry, late amarelle and early cherry,were used as materlals to study the morphological characters such as the diameter of the corolla,the length and the width of the petal,the amount of stamens,fruit weight,the length of the fruit stalk,the vertical diameter,the transverse diameter,the fruit shape index.The Vc content,titratable acid,soluble sugar,soluble solids were tested,and the fruits quality were compared.The results showed that different variety of cherries had different morphological traits and inclusions.There were great differences in the diameter of the corolla,fruit weight,the length of the fruit stalk among the five cherry uarieties.There were great differences among five varieties and greater genetic variations in variecy in the fruit shape index,the length of the fruit stalk,the content of soluble solids and Vc content.
