| 摘 要： | 为了给人类免疫相关疾病模型的建立提供参考,试验分别取24头贵州小型猪脾脏组织进行组织形态观察,用免疫组化SP法检测CD3、CD4、CD8及CD20阳性细胞的比例和分布。结果表明:12头雌性小型猪脾脏指数为18.91±1.59,12头雄性小型猪脾脏指数为17.26±2.44,无显著差异(P>0.05)。CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞主要分布在动脉周围淋巴鞘,CD20+细胞主要分布在脾小体,12头雌性小型猪CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD20+细胞比例(46.67±6.56,24.25±5.04,25.33±4.52,52.83±6.60)与雄性小型猪(43.17±7.58,23.33±3.58,23.58±5.91,54.42±9.27)比较无显著差异(P>0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值在0.7～1.5之间波动;雌性小型猪和雄性小型猪脾脏中CD20+细胞比例均较CD3+细胞多,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | To observe the morphological and immunochemical features of the spleen of adult Sus scrofa domestica var.mino Guizhounensis Yu.and provide normal reference for the establishment of the human immune-related disease models.The spleen tissues taken from twenty-four Sus scrofa domestica var.mino Guizhounensis Yu.were fixed and sliced to observe the morphologic characteristics of the spleen using light microscopy with hematoxylin and eosin(H&E) staining.The proportion and distribution of the positive cells from CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD20 in the spleen were detected using immunohistochemical S-P method.The results showed that the spleen index of male and female Sus scrofa domestica var.mino Guizhounensis Yu.were 18.91±1.59 and 17.26±2.44 respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The CD3,CD4 and CD8-positive cells were mainly distributed in the periarterial lymphatic sheath,and CD20-positive cells were mainly distributed in the splenic corpuscle.No significant differences were found between male and female Sus scrofa domestica var.mino Guizhounensis Yu.in the percentages of positive cells for CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD20(P>0.05).and the ratios of CD4+ to CD8+ fluctuated between 0.7 to 1.5.The CD20-positive cells from the spleen were more than the CD3-positive cells in the percentages of positive cells between male and female Sus scrofa domestica var.mino Guizhounensis Yu.,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01). |
