串珠镰刀菌粗毒素对小麦种子萌发及幼苗根系的毒害研究

摘    要:串珠镰刀菌是小麦根腐病病原菌之一。利用串珠镰刀菌毒素对小麦种子萌发及幼苗根系胁迫处理,研究表明:毒素对小麦萌发率和胚根、胚芽生长起着明显的抑制作用,且毒素浓度越高,抑制效果越明显。毒素对小麦根系毒害作用明显,毒素浓度越高,处理时间越长,小麦根系相对电导率越高。说明串珠镰刀菌毒素是小麦根腐病的致病因子,可以利用毒素筛选抗病小麦品种。

Abstract:Fusarium moniliforme is one pathogeny of wheat common rot.The study on effect of seed germination and roots of seedling stress treatment showed: toxin had a inhibited effect on seed germination.radicle and embryonic bud growth.The higher the toxin concentration,the more obvious was inhibited effect.With toxin concentration increased and treated time prolonged,the toxin had obviously poisonous effect on wheat roots whose relative electic conductivity was also enhanced,The above indicated the toxin of Fusarium moniliforme is pathogenic factor of wheat common rot.it could be used to screen disease-resistance wheat variety.
