| 摘 要： | 对1-3龄转大麻哈鱼生长激素基因鲤鱼和正常鲤鱼在高寒地区的池塘的生长、生活力、抗寒、抗病等主要经济性状进行了比较。实验结果表明，转基因鲤鱼的生活力、抗寒、抗病等经济性状与正常鲤鱼经t值检验均无明显差异，其抗病能力稍弱于正常鲤鱼。而转基因鲤鱼的群体中其生长个体差异大，有的个体的生长明显快于正常鲤鱼；在试验鱼群体中最大个体体质量比对照组群体中最大个体体质量分别提高了52.5％，46.0％，76.0％，这说明外源基因的导入对部分受体鱼有促生长效应，促进了转基因鱼的生长。

| Abstract: | Comparative studies were conducted between the transgenic common carps with salmon's GH gene and the normal ones in such economic traits as growth, vitality, cold tolerance and disease resistance in a pond with terribly low water temperature. The results indicate that there is no significant difference in vitality, cold resistance using t test between the test group and the contrast group, but the test group is slightly poorer than the contrast. Moreover, there is an obvious difference in growth between individuals in the test group, some of them grow very faster than those of the contrast. 52.5%, 46.0%, 76.0% were increased in growth respectively by comparing the biggest individuals of the test with those of the contrast, which shows growth was greatly improved in some of the test because of injecting foreign gene. |
