| 摘 要： | 研究表明,以玉米秸秆或棉杆为主料栽培生产的香菇,其菌丝生长发育、出菇时间、产量、品质、蛋白质营养价值、经济效益等生产性状,与纯木屑代料香菇无显著差异,某些性状和指标甚至优于纯木屑代料香菇。

| Abstract: | The result showed that appearance quality, nutrient value of protein and economic properties of fruit body cultivated in maize stalk or in cotton stalk medium and pure sawdust had not significant differences. And some characters were better cultivated in pure sawdust than others. |
