摘    要:本文采用体外细胞培养和放射免疫测定法(RIA)的方法,研究了褪黑素(MLT)对季节性繁殖的蒙古母羊垂体细胞分泌促卵泡素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)的作用。结果表明:当单独用递增的MLT(10、100、1000、2000pg/mL)处理原代垂体细胞时,随时间的延长FSH的分泌量极显著下降(P<0.01),但对LH的基础分泌没有影响;无论用10IU/mLhCG单独刺激,还是用不同剂量MLT与10IU/mLhCG共同刺激垂体细胞,FSH和LH的分泌都极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但与MLT的剂量没有关系。

Abstract: The effect of melatonin (MLT) on Follicle Stimulation Hormone(FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone(LH)production was investigated in cultured hypophysis cells isolated from breeding ewes. The study adapted the way of cell culture and carried different treatment. The hormone concentration in cell culture media were analyzed by RIA. The results were as follows: When hypophysis cells were treated with increasing dose of MLT (10?100?1000?2000 pg/mL)singly, the concentration of FSH were lower significantly(P<0.01), but no effect on basal LH production. When hypophysis cells were treated with hCG(10 IU/mL)singly or hCG and MLT (10?100?1000?2000 pg/mL), the concentration of FSH and LH would increase, but had no relation with the concentration of MLT.
